Payment Process Detailed Explanation
Meditations are updated weekly and the reference number in the meditation title is the actual date of the meditation, e.g. 20 October 2010 (Ref: 20101020). This reference number and the number supplied with your purchase, must be used for reference purposes.

This site accepts MasterCard and VISA and is 3D secure compliant. This means that the Virtual Card Services’s payment pages conform to the “Verified by Visa” and “Master Securecode” online security protocols. Those, who frequently shop online and wish their credit card details cannot be used fraudulently, should sign up for 3D Secure – which is an added security measure (and verification procedure) followed before you can use your card online.
You will only need to enroll to 3D Secure once, for each credit card you own, to be able to safely shop online in the future. This is a two step process and can be instantly completed online via your bank’s website and is a necessary procedure to ensure peace of mind whilst making your online purchases. Online procedures are available for Nedbank, Standard Bank, Absa, First National Bank. If you use any other credit cards, please phone your Bank to register for 3D Secure.
During the purchasing process you will required to complete your personal details. These details are not made available anyone else and is used for reference purposes only. Your correct e-mail address is of utmost importance, as the link will be mailed to this email address. The information can be downloaded to your computer by clicking on the link.
How to purchase?
Step 1:
Select the meditation or transcript you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Purchase" button
Step 2:
Your product is added to the "Purchase Goods" shopping cart
Step 3:
To ensure that you have selected the right products, click on “Manage Cart” in “Purchase Goods”
Step 4:
If you are certain of your products, click on “Checkout” in “Purchase Goods”
Step 5:
Complete your personal details on the form provided and click on “Next”. Your accurate email address is of utmost importance, as this is where the link to download the information will be mailed. Click on “Finish” to confirm your details.
Step 6:
Supply payment details by capturing your credit card details. You will be required to enter your username and password for 3D Secure. If you are not registered with 3D Secure, then you can follow the online procedure and close the “window” when done.
Step 7:
Supply your username and password for 3D Secure, if requested.
Step 8:
Your transaction will be processed and the link sent to your email address
Step 9:
Open your mail and click on the link to download your newly purchased products. You have 7-days to download the information once, whereafter this option expires
